EN - I’m Sabrina Kaufmann, a manga artist from Luxembourg illustrating feminity, fashion and fairytales. After a decade in the industry which burnt me out, and empowered by my experience both as an artist and manga  teacher where I could see what my students truly needed, I’ve decided to take it more slowly with illustration, and turned to my biggest love: business, by launching My ArtBiz Academia.

Illustration-wise, my main project since 2016 is Illustrated Fairytales, a free manga and webcomic about Grimms' and Andersen's fairytales.
FR - Je suis Sabrina Kaufmann, une artiste manga luxembourgeoise qui illustre la féminité, la mode et les contes de fées. Après une décennie dans l'industrie qui m'a épuisée, et forte de mon expérience d'artiste et de prof de manga où j'ai pu voir ce dont mes élèves avaient vraiment besoin, j'ai décidé d'y aller plus tranquillement avec le dessin, pour me tourner vers mon plus grand amour : le business, en lançant My ArtBiz Academia.

En ce qui concerne l'illustration, mon projet principal depuis 2016 est Illustrated Fairytales, un manga et webcomic gratuit sur les contes de Grimms et Andersen.

Illustrated Fairytales

EN - (Re)discover Grimms’ and Andersen’s original fairytales, with a historical and psychological insight to dive deeper into each story!

Since 2016, the series is published for free on Tapastic, with an update every Monday (& Thursday, depending on work lol), 13H CEST. In 2019, the first volume saw the light after an amazing crowdfunding campaign funded within 48 hours!

IllusFairy remains my dearest project, and I’m working on the second book – in the meanwhile, the webcomic continues online, on Tapas!
FR - (Re)découvre les contes originaux de Grimm et Andersen, avec un aperçu historique et psychologique pour plonger plus profondément dans chaque histoire !

Depuis 2016, la série est publiée gratuit sur Tapastic, mise à jour tous les lundis (et jeudis, selon le travail), à 13H. En 2019, le premier volume a vu le jour après une incroyable campagne de financement par la foule, financée en 48 heures !

IllusFairy reste mon projet de coeur, et je travaille sur le second tome - en attendant, le webcomic continue en ligne, sur Tapas !
